Shaping Public Policy

The 441st session of the Maryland General Assembly convenes on January 8, 2020. What are the hot topics poised to impact HR policies, programs and practices? What are the pros and cons of each? There are also pending rules and regulations at the federal level from the U.S. DOL (paid leave, regular rate of pay and more) and NLRB (workplace civility).  Not to mention, the never-ending tide of employment law developments.
